The living room, and dining room lead out onto the spacious lanai (porch) which overlooks the swimming pool, and has a spectacular ocean view.
There are two spacious master suites. One with a full ocean view. The other, a large master bathroom containing sunken tub, and separate shower. Both master suites have sliding glass doors leading out onto the lanai.
The laundry room is located conveniently on the main floor.
Skylights provide natural daytime lighting to the living area.

Home comes fully furnished and equipped with towels, linens, pots, pans, dishes, beach towels, appliances, gas BBQ, two car
garage and on premises parking for up to 8 vehicles, electronic security gates, etc.
Food, beverages, personal use items (hair-dryers), shampoos, etc., are not provided.
FREE internet connection: There is cable conveniently located for direct connection to your laptop or use
our "wireless" connection anywhere in or outside the home.
*Caretakers Unit - Our resident caretaker's unit located in the separated basement of the Main House.
There is no access to the Main House from the caretaker's unit and visa versa.
Caretaker maintains the pools, spa, and grounds.
Please feel free to contact our caretaker with any home maintenance problems that may arise during your stay.
*Catering and Maid Service - Our caretaker's wife is available for catering and will also provide maid service if needed. There is an extra charge for these services - please see caretaker for rates.
