On the same tropical estate as the Main House is the Guest House. This lovely 2700 s.f. Hawaiian style two wing executive home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths on the main wing -- two of the bedrooms are spacious master suites with a/c -- living room, dining room, kitchen, private phone, private decks, cable, wireless Internet connection, and laundry room. On the left side wing of the Guest House are more 2 bedrooms (with a/c), 1 full bath, family room containing a wetbar, extension phone, private deck with view of pool and waterfall. The interior of this home has beautiful wood and beam cathedral ceilings with skylights and ceiling fans. Natural bamboo wood flooring graces the living room, dining room, and hallway of the Guest House. The kitchen is tiled. Wall to wall carpeting is throughout the rest of the home. The home comes fully furnished and equipped with towels (including beach towels), linens, pots, pans, dishes, etc., cable T.V.'s, DVD/CD, FREE wireless Internet connection for your laptop. All of the bedrooms contain queen beds, and in two of the three master suites there is an additional single, or double hide-a-bed. The master suites also have cable t.v.'s and private decks. Guest House comes equipped with gas BBQ, laundry room, on premises parking, and electronic security gates.
