private and separate is the Guest
House.
This lovely 2700 s.f. Hawaiian style two
wing executive home has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths
on the main wing -- two of the bedrooms are
spacious master suites with a/c -- living room,
dining room, kitchen, private phone, private
decks, and laundry room.
On the other wing of the Guest House is the
Ohana apartment.
This is a 2 bedroom (with a/c), 1 bath
apartment which has its own living room
containing a queen futon bed, kitchen,
extension phone, private deck with view of pool
and waterfall. The interior of this home
has beautiful wood and beam cathedral ceilings
with fans. Saltillo tile flooring graces the
living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway
of the Guest House, and in the Ohana kitchen.
Wall to wall carpeting throughout the rest of
the home.
The home comes fully equipped with towels
(including beach towels), linens, pots, pans,
dishes, etc., T.V.'s, and VCR.
All of the bedrooms contain queen beds, and in
the master suites there is an additional twin,
or hide-a-bed.
The master suites also have colour t.v.'s and
private decks.
Guest House comes equipped with gas BBQ,
laundry room, on premises parking, and
electronic security
gates.Amidst the lush tropical grounds of the
Guest House is a full-size swimming pool with
waterfall, and Jacuzzi hot-tub spa.
This versatile home can be rented as a 4 or 6
bedroom home and is located across from miles
of gorgeous sandy beach, which is a popular
well known spot for wind surfing and is
children and elderly
friendly.All of the aforementioned makes this

Accommodates up to 9+2 in the Guest House wing,
and up to 4+2 in the Ohana wing. Together, up
to 17 people can be accommodated if utilizing
