Each home features 5+ spacious bedrooms, 4.5 baths; 2 swimming pools, gorgeous 180o ocean view from the Main House, all located directly across from miles of white sandy beach...which is popular for wind surfing, great for swimming, skin-diving, and is children/elderly friendly.
These lovely homes come fully furnished and equipped.
*Exceptions - Food, beverages, personal use items (hair-dryers, shampoos, etc) are not provided.
Free - internet connection. There is cable conveniently located for
direct connection to your laptop or use our "wireless" connection anywhere in or outside the home.
Caretaker - The property provides an on-site resident caretaker to maintain the pools, spa, grounds, and provide any home maintenance.
Please feel free to contact the caretaker for any property maintenance required during your stay.
The caretaker's unit is located on the lower ground level of the Main House and is separate from the rest of the home.
There is no access to the Main House from the caretaker's unit and visa-versa
